Lacrosse equipment: Boys Lacrosse requires generic athletic items: mouthguard, athletic supporter with cup, football or soccer style field cleats (not metal), as well as unique Lacrosse equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, and gloves. Hockey shoulder and arm pads may be used, hockey gloves are safe enough, but may not be flexible enough. Hockey Helmets are permitted only for U-9 and younger.
Equipment will be required for the first practice.
