WE ARE BACK!
Welcome to Evanston Youth Lacrosse (EYLA) 2021 Spring Season
NO tryouts for 2021 spring season
Our program teaches women’s lacrosse fundamentals in a fun and safe environment and is designed for both beginner and experienced players. EYLA is part of the Illinois Lacrosse League (ILL) a league comprised of other like-minded community-based teams and we are looking forward to fun and friendly competition both at our home field and away. All girls grades 3rd-8th will participate in ILL this spring, and our 1st and 2nd graders will participate in a house league.
*League participation is subject to IDPH guidelines and as we get closer to the season, we will have more details.
EYLA is divided into 4 separate age groups and girls must register for their grade level; no exceptions will be made. Practice times are set, but field locations are subject to change at the discretion of the Director prior to the beginning of the season.
Grade Levels
1st/2nd grade
3rd/4th grade
5th/6th grade
7th/8th grade
Just register per age group and get ready for a fun spring season! Depending on numbers, we will separate into teams when the season begins. Stay tuned.
Please note: we need at LEAST one parent from each team to commit as a volunteer coach for the season! Any lax experience would be preferred, but anyone is welcome! PLEASE let us know if you can step up and help out our community-based organization.
Looking forward to a great season!
